Green Valley Recreation, Inc. (GVR) provides its members with over 60 clubs to enjoy. There are six (6) club categories: Arts and Crafts, Cards and Games, Dance, Sports, Special Interest, and Social. There are nine (9) Arts & Crafts clubs that offer you the opportunity to become involved in clay, art, ceramics, lapidary/silversmith, woodworking, and more. If you are interested in cards and games, GVR offers 14 different groups for bridge, chess, cribbage, canasta, poker, as well as others. There are six (6) dance groups including line dancing, square, tap, Roun-de-lays, and Green Valley Dance Club. If you’re into sports, you can join any of the nine (9) clubs which include: shuffleboard, tennis, bocce, hiking, racquetball, and more. The Computer Club, Camera Club, Forum Club, Travel Club and a performing arts group make up the Special Interest clubs. At the present time, nine (9) active social or state clubs meet regularly.
