All
concerts are held at the West Social Center, 1111
Via Arcoiris, Green Valley.
West Center box office is open one hour prior
to the performance. Doors open 1/2 hour prior
to performance.
All concerts are general admission.
Each
member may purchase tickets in his/her own name
at the member price.
Members
may purchase four (4) guest tickets, per household,
at the guest price.
Season tickets are not available for guests.
Non-members
may purchase individual tickets for “open to the
public” events only. No refunds are available
for these tickets. Season tickets are not available
for non-members.
Individual
tickets for events from September through December
will go on sale on September 1. Tickets for events
from January through April will go on sale on
December 1.
Please
purchase your tickets in advance if possible.
However, tickets to concerts and dances are available
at the door one hour prior to the event. Tickets
purchased at the door are $1.00 more than tickets
purchased in advance. Sold Out and Special Event
tickets are not available at the door. Members
may purchase up to four guest tickets per household
at the guest price.
REFUNDS
Refunds for season or general public tickets are
not available. Refunds and exchanges for individual
member and guest tickets may be refunded if the
refund request is made prior to refund date listed
on the ticket. Cash refunds are not available.
Refunds are issued as a check through the mail
or credited back to your credit or debit card.
Please allow at least fifteen business days to
process the refund. You may also choose to leave
the credit on your GVR account to be used at later
date for your next purchase. Credits must be used
before the end of the calendar year.
