Visit any Customer Service Desk and ask for an application
Mail or deliver the completed application and requested documents to the Administrative Offices 1070 S Calle de las Casitas. Your application must arrive no later than December 12, 2022.
IF YOU COMPLETE AND SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, DO NOT PAY YOUR 2023 DUES UNTIL YOU HAVE HEARD BACK ON THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED LATE FEES AS LONG AS YOUR MAP APPLICATION IS STILL PENDING.
MAP funds are provided through the generous donations of GVR members and the Green Valley community. Charitable donations to the program may be made to the GVR Foundation (GVRF), HERE. The GVRF is a public charity recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under 501(c)(3). Individual donations to GVRF for programs such as MAP are tax deductible as allowed by law.
