The main floor of the Del Sol Clubhouse closes for reroofing Monday, July 7 – Friday, July 11. The HVAC units will be removed, the roof replaced, and the HVAC units reinstalled. We anticipate reopening on Saturday, July 12, after the work is underway. The billiards room remains open during the work, but access is limited to the lower-level entrance, as the main stairway will likely be blocked for safety reasons.
This work is weather-dependent, and monsoon rains can delay completion and the reopening date.
