Seeking Member Feedback

GVR is seeking member feedback on a concept-level site plan for a potential new aquatics facility at the Abrego South Center. Please review the plan below or click HERE for the PDF (better resolution), and submit comments by noon on Wednesday, April 15. A summary of member input will be included with materials provided to the GVR Board of Directors before the Board discusses the future of the site at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 22, at 2pm, at West Center (and via Zoom).

In case you missed it: The 49-year-old pool at Abrego South was closed in July, 2025 and demolished, along with the compromised shower building, in February of 2026. The GVR Board of Directors is now considering replacing the aquatics facility.
