A COPY OF YOUR LICENSE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT APPROVAL. IF YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO THE ROOM
PRIOR TO THE EVENT, TO SET UP MATERIALS, PLEASE INDICATE YOU WILL NEED ‘SET UP TIME’.
