Closures

  • The West Center spa is temporarily repaired and is back on and operational. Once all parts are received the water heater will be replaced.
  • The Abrego South spa is closed barring unforeseen complications with plumbing repairs that are underway now.

  • The following spaces are closed for wood floor resurfacing from Wednesday, May 15 to Sunday, May 19, and will reopen Monday, May 20.

    • Santa Rita Springs Anza room
    • Las Campanas Racquetball courts
    • Canoa Hills Saguaro and Palo Verde rooms
  • The West Center auditorium and side rooms will have three HVAC units replaced on Monday, May 20. The main archway entrance will be closed from 10 am to 12pm. Please enter from the back side/ east side of the building.
  • The Abrego South pool is closed for caulking and sealing repairs on Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4.

The Canoa Ranch swimming pool and spa is closed Friday, May 17 – Sunday, May 19 so that the contractor may complete the final work. The big job is resealing the deck which takes half a day to recoat and 24 to 48 hours to dry. The pool and spa will reopen Monday, May 20. 

The darker deck tiles around the pool are a great visual reminder regarding food and beverages:

  • No food or beverage is allowed in the pool.
  • Food and beverages must remain at least four feet from the pool or spa edge.
  • Water is the only beverage permitted within four feet of the pool and spa.
